COVID DEFERRAL/CANCELATION POLICY
For customers/bookings affected by COVID restrictions such as Lockdowns, Travels Restrictions, Border Closures etc, a free deferral/rebooking of accommodation will be applied to all affected guests. Any/all payment/funds received for the affected booking will be fully credited to the new booking dates.
For cases where a guest may not be able to advise new rebooking dates upon advising of deferral, a deferral credit (for funds received) will be issued for the guest to use at anytime (subject to availability) over the next 3 years from the affected booking date.
- Deferrals/rebookings/credits only apply to guests in affected areas
- Any ‘No Show’ bookings due to COVID will forfeit 100% payment.
- All rebookings/deferrals/credits must be arranged and confirmed prior to arrival. We ask for 7+ days notice where possible. For snap lock downs we understand 7+ days notice may not be possible and ask that you call us as soon as possible to arrange deferral.
